Cookie policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage.
How we manage your consent
- Strictly necessary cookies are always set, because without them the website doesn’t work or isn’t secure. They are exempt from consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE).
- All other cookies are optional and off by default. They are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. You can accept all, reject all or choose by type, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the button at the end of this policy. When you withdraw a permission, we delete the cookies of that type that we have set on our domain.
- We keep your choice for 6 months. After that, or if we change the cookies we use, we will ask you again.
YouTube videos
The videos on the website play through YouTube (Google) in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The player only loads if you have accepted functional cookies. With them accepted, the video starts playing on its own two seconds after opening its page (unless your system has “reduce motion” enabled). If you don’t accept them, you will see the thumbnail and can accept them right there or watch the video directly on YouTube.
YouTube’s cookies and storage belong to Google and are kept on its domains: we cannot delete them. If you withdraw your permission, we will stop loading the player; to remove what it has already stored, clear it from your browser.
Spotify playlists
On the Music page, the 30-second previews of each song play in our own player: the audio files are downloaded from Spotify’s servers, without cookies. The “Full playlist” and “Keep listening” links in the player open the playlist or the song on the Spotify website or app. The few playlists without previews play in the embedded official Spotify player, and that player only loads if you have accepted functional cookies; if you have not, you can accept them right there or open the playlist directly on Spotify. As with YouTube, Spotify’s cookies are kept on its domains and can only be cleared from your browser.
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use any analytics or advertising tools. If we add any (for example, Google Analytics), they will appear in the cookie notice as another category, off by default, and will be listed below. We will use Google’s consent mode, so its tags store nothing until you accept.
Social media buttons and links
When you click a share button or a link to a social network, you leave GTA House and the destination platform (X, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Spotify, etc.) may set its own cookies according to its policy.
How to manage cookies in your browser
Besides the settings panel, you can view, block or delete cookies from your browser settings:
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and ask for your consent again when needed.
