Editorial policy
GTA House is an independent website about Grand Theft Auto and Rockstar Games, published in Spanish and English since 2014. This page sets out how we decide what to publish and how we check it, so you know what to expect from every news story, guide and review.
What we cover
- News about GTA VI, GTA Online, Red Dead Online and the rest of the Rockstar Games catalogue, including the weekly GTA Online and Red Dead Online bonuses.
- Guides and cheats, reviews and mysteries and secrets, laid out so you can actually use them in-game.
- Every article is published in both languages. The English version is written in English in its own right, not machine-translated from the Spanish one.
We don’t just repeat announcements: we add context (what changed compared with earlier updates, what you need to make the most of it) and, where it is relevant, our own analysis, clearly presented as such.
Sources
The official source always comes first: the Rockstar Games Newswire and the company’s own channels.
Anything that only comes from an unreliable site is treated as a lead at most: we don’t publish it until it is confirmed by a trusted source or by the original material (the interview, the document or the statement). If it can’t be confirmed, it doesn’t run.
Rumours and leaks
- Official information and unofficial claims are never mixed: when something is a rumour or a leak, the article says so and explains where it comes from.
- We only cover leaks that genuinely matter to players, and we don’t put the leakers in the spotlight.
- We never make up or guess release dates, prices or gameplay details. If something is unconfirmed, we say so.
Dates, announcements and releases
- We use absolute dates (“November 19, 2026”), never relative ones.
- An announcement and the actual release are separate stories, each with its own date: we never present something as available when it has only been announced.
Updates and corrections
- When new details emerge, we update the same article and show the update date next to the publication date, instead of publishing a near-duplicate.
- When we spot a mistake, we fix it as soon as we know. If you find one, get in touch and we’ll look into it.
