GTA Online Drift Event: new Shitzu Keitora and GTA$300,000 Auto Shop bonus

JDM culture takes over GTA Online from February 26 to March 4, 2026 with a Drift Event: the Shitzu Keitora arrives, four more cars gain Drift Tuning, Drift Races pay triple and every Auto Shop Robbery Contract adds an extra GTA$300,000.

The new Shitzu Keitora

The Keitora is a tiny Japanese pickup (Utility class) modelled on kei trucks, with far more power than its size suggests and a real talent for sliding. Buy it from Southern San Andreas Super Autos and try it for free on the LS Car Meet Test Track.

New Drift Tuning candidates

Alongside the Keitora, the Übermacht Sentinel XS (Coupe), Vapid Dominator GT (Muscle) and Dinka RT 3000 (Sports) now accept Drift Tuning. Drift upgrades are 30% off this week, and the Declasse Drift Walton L35 is free again.

Auto Shop: the week to run contracts

Any Robbery Contract from your Auto Shop job board pays an extra GTA$300,000 within 72 hours, and KDJ and Sessanta's Exotic Exports pay 4X. LS Car Meet membership is free this week — just talk to Mimi.

Our take

One of the best weeks of the year for Auto Shop owners: a short contract like the Union Depository or Superdollar Deal with GTA$300,000 on top is very quick money. Drift fans have plenty to grind with 5X Rep and triple Drift Races. And while the Keitora is more charming than fast, it's one of the most characterful new cars in months.
