GTA 6 leaker "cyberleek" quits after posting final-mission clips
The source behind the GTA VI leaks released clips from the final missions and says he is stopping after his crypto token crashed. What he said and how to avoid spoilers.
The string of leaks that has dogged GTA VI in its final stretch looks to be over. On October 14, 2026, the leaker known as "cyberleek" released one last video featuring clips from the game's final missions, stripped of context, and announced in three posts that he's stopping. His website went offline shortly after.
At GTA House we don't link to or describe story scenes, least of all the ending. What follows is what the leaker said and what it means for you.
What happened
The leaker funded his releases through his own crypto token, which he pitched as a "donation." That token has collapsed, and in his final posts he denies scam accusations and blames YouTubers for the project's bad reputation. The parts that matter to players:
His claim | What it means |
|---|---|
He has the ending, but won't publish it | He says it would ruin the experience for players, "who did nothing wrong" |
The last video shows final-mission clips out of context | He insists they reveal nothing, but treat them as spoilers |
He won't upload the full build (200+ GB) | The fundraising milestone he set wasn't reached |
He has a "dead man's switch" | If anyone takes him down, story spoilers would be released automatically |
"The leeks stop here. For now." | He's leaving the door open to return |
It comes just days after his 25-minute video showing first-person driving on October 8.
Why to take it with a grain of salt
All of this comes from someone who tried to cash in on the leaks and is now casting himself as a martyr; none of it can be verified. The "switch" threat is clearly aimed at Take-Two, which pursues these cases legally.
How to dodge spoilers until November 19
With ending clips in circulation, the risk of stumbling onto something is real:
- Mute keywords on X, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube: "GTA 6 leak", "GTA 6 ending", "cyberleek" and the like.
- Skip the comments on GTA VI videos and posts until you've played it.
- Be wary of thumbnails promising a "leaked ending": they're exactly what you don't want to see.
Our take
Rockstar has shown what it wanted to show, through An Extended Look and its interviews, and the rest is best discovered by playing. The leaker choosing not to publish the ending is good news, but his clips are already out there. Five weeks from launch, the sensible move is to lock down your feeds and wait.
