GTA Online Halloween runs all October with 3X Survivals and a GTA$2M bonus

GTA Online celebrates Halloween for the whole of October: from October 1 to November 4, 2026 there are triple-paying Halloween Survivals, Slasher at 3X, ghosts to photograph in Ghosts Exposed, weekly gifts, and an extra GTA$2,000,000 for completing all five Weekly Challenges.

Halloween Survivals and modes

The Ludendorff Cemetery Survival returns in snowy North Yankton with waves of enemies and haunted animals. Slasher also gets a new variant aboard the Ramius submarine: a shotgun-wielding predator stalks opponents armed only with flashlights, and if they last three minutes, the tables turn.

Five challenges and an extra GTA$2 million

• October 1–7: two Bail Office Bounties for the Green Vintage Skull Mask and GTA$100,000.
• October 8–14: win two Adversary Modes for the Pink Skull Emissive Mask and GTA$100,000.
• October 15–21: win three Races for the Orange Glow Skeleton Onesie and GTA$100,000.
• October 22–28: clear every wave of a Survival for the Gray Space Interloper Outfit and GTA$150,000.
• October 29–November 4: ten Survival waves without dying for the Slasher Clown Outfit and GTA$250,000.

Completing them all adds another GTA$2,000,000.

Ghosts Exposed and other scares

Ghosts Exposed asks you to photograph 10 spirits, including a tech executive and a billionaire whose body was never found. Catch them all for the Ghosts Exposed Jacket. The Clone Slasher, the phantom car (a driverless Declasse Tornado Custom), Jack O'Lantern collectibles, Peyote Plants and UFO Business Battles at Fort Zancudo all return too.

Halloween runs all month, but every Thursday Rockstar rotates some of the content. Here's what changes each week.

October 1-7

• The Kortz Center Heist gets Halloween Primary Targets (Chat on Fruit, Juiced and The Downfall of Rome), resets its first-time completion bonus and pays an extra GTA$400,000 for a clean run.
• Complete five Agency Security Contracts by October 7 for GTA$500,000, paid within 72 hours.
• FIB Priority File: The Project Breakaway File, paying double.

October 8-14

• The Kortz Center Heist gets new Primary Targets (Pumpkin, A Winding Road Home and Winter, Nowhere in Particular), its first-time completion bonus resets, and finishing it without anyone dying pays an extra GTA$400,000.
• Payphone Hits: complete five by October 14 for GTA$500,000, paid within 72 hours.
• Classic scares like the Cerberus Surprise and Possessed Animals return, alongside Halloween masks, face paints, horns and bobbleheads.
• FIB Priority File: The Black Box File, paying double.
• Salvage Yard Robberies: Pfister Growler (McTony), Albany Fränken Stange (Gangbanger) and Willard Eudora (Podium).
• Casino Podium Vehicle: Annis Savestra. LS Car Meet Prize Ride: Declasse Walton L35, for placing top four in an LS Car Meet race two days in a row.

• Complete the Contract finale Don't Fuck With Dre by October 21 for GTA$500,000, paid within 72 hours.

• FIB Priority File: The Brute Force File, paying double.
• Salvage Yard Robberies: Grotti Itali RSX (Gangbanger), Albany Fränken Stange (Podium) and BF Weevil (Cargo Ship).

Our take

It's a long event, so there's no rush — but tick off the challenges week by week: the final GTA$2 million only lands if you complete all five, and the last one (ten waves without dying) is demanding, so practise on the triple-paying Survivals first. For steady income, double Bail Office bounties and Dispatch Work all October are the safest bet.
