On top of that, The Diamond Casino Heist pays double.
The three Fine Art Collector tiers

The Turreted Limo is an armoured five-seater with a roof-mounted Minigun, delivered by Pegasus straight from the Interaction Menu. Elitist rewards arrive once The Kortz Center Heist launches; the Mansion Art Studio is required to start it.

Our take
Log in at least once before July 13: tier 1 is GTA$500,000 and a minigun limo for nothing. Tier 2 only needs any heist, so the Diamond Casino, with its doubled finale, is the obvious pick and adds another million. And if you plan to play The Kortz Center Heist, buying a Mansion now (discounted with GTA+) locks in the million-dollar Art Studio discount.
