On March 1, 2024, Rockstar announced a new story update for GTA Online: The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid, arriving March 7 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC for every player.

Vincent’s plan

The story is driven by Vincent Effenburger, the Diamond Casino’s former head of security turned Los Santos police officer. After an initial phone call, Vincent pitches an unorthodox but profitable partnership: take down a new cartel using the Cluckin' Bell factory farm in Paleto Bay — yes, the fried chicken chain — as a front.

The enemy comes in two flavours: besides the cartel, you’ll face corrupt cops protecting the operation.

A patrol car on steroids

Rockstar confirmed new vehicles to buy and customise, including the Bravado Gauntlet Interceptor, a police-spec Gauntlet built for pursuits. It joins the police vehicles players could get since The Chop Shop.

What to expect

  • A story update full of action and chases rather than a new business.
  • A setting in the north of the map, Paleto Bay, an area GTA Online rarely uses.
  • Available to all players on every platform.

Our take: Vincent had been popping up in the game for months, and this update finally gives him a leading role. A cartel, crooked cops and a chicken farm promise Rockstar’s usual brand of humour.
