The Eclipse Blvd Garage
It's a five-floor building on Eclipse Boulevard holding 50 cars. Each floor has its own hangout space with seating, drinks, TVs and surveillance, and can be styled individually from the Interaction Menu. A rooftop lounge sits on top for hanging out with friends.
It's sold on the Dynasty 8 website, and GTA+ Members could claim it for free until March 15.

The Drug Wars crime wave
Activity | What it involves |
|---|---|
Daily Stash House | A house full of enemies with cash or drugs in a safe: break in, clear it and find the combination |
G's Cache | A hidden package each day, found by a flashing red light and a beeping sound |
Street Dealers | Buy cocaine, meth, weed or acid; each pays a premium for one drug in particular |
Shop Robberies | Chase down the backpacked thief and choose whether to return the cash or keep it |
Selling to Street Dealers requires the Acid Lab or the matching MC business. Until March 1, each activity also unlocked exclusive clothing, like the Painted Tiger mask or the Budonk-adonk! tattoo.

Also new
- The Toundra Panthere, a French sports car, on sale only until February 22.
- The Unholy Hellbringer joined the Gun Van's inventory.

Why it matters
Stash Houses, G's Cache and Street Dealers are still a daily income source today and regularly feature in weekly bonuses. The Eclipse Blvd Garage, meanwhile, solved collectors' biggest headache: where to keep all those cars without scattering them across the city.
