Los Santos Drug Wars hit GTA Online on December 13, 2022 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC, a week after its announcement. This first part, The First Dose, is six story missions helping the Fooliganz build a hallucinogens business in Blaine County.

How to start

Answer Ron Jakowski’s call and meet the Fooliganz above the Liquor Ace in Sandy Shores. From there, the six First Dose missions pit you against The Lost MC and other rivals for control of the market.

Meet the Fooliganz

  • Dax: the gang’s leader, fresh out of prison and convinced he can “dose the world”. He’s your main contact.
  • Luchadora: a metalhead wrestler and Dax’s right hand.
  • Labrat: The Freakshop’s chemist, who helps you get production going.
  • Nervous Ron: Trevor’s paranoid sidekick from GTA V, who has found a new calling with the Fooliganz now Trevor’s gone.

Dax walks out of jail into a changed world: everyone vapes, weed is legal and other gangs have taken his markets. Call him to take on Fooligan Jobs: poisoning rival crops, planting remote bombs and more.

The Acid Lab business, step by step

  1. Finish every First Dose mission to steal the MTL Brickade 6x6, which comes with the Maibatsu Manchez Scout C bike for deliveries.
  2. Get the lab equipment and install the Acid Lab upgrade at The Freakshop.
  3. Source supplies: pay Mutt, or steal them yourself (Humane Labs runoff, grain, chemicals).
  4. Put in a shift at the lab yourself and production speeds up.
  5. Deliver the product to buyers before the cops take it.

Our tip: it’s one of the most solo-friendly businesses, because the lab travels with you and deliveries are done by bike.

The Freakshop

The Fooliganz HQ sits under the Los Santos highway. It has a weapon workshop and lets you customise the Brickade 6x6 (engine, armour, brakes, liveries) and the Manchez Scout C.

What else is new

Hundreds of new clothing items and tattoos, the HSW Race Creator on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and the improvements Rockstar had announced: Terrorbyte sales in any session, solo Casino missions and favourite contacts on the iFruit.

Rockstar also previewed what was coming in the following months: the Downtown Cab Co. taxi firm, the Gun Van, street dealers buying your product and a garage with more space than ever. And above all, part two of the story, The Last Dose, announced in March 2023.
