It’s the finale of Los Santos Drug Wars: five missions in which Dax, Luchadora and the rest of the Fooliganz uncover a pharmaceutical conspiracy while dealing with some very strong psychedelics.
How to start
Wait for Dax’s call or head straight to The Freakshop. If you haven’t played part one yet, start The First Dose by visiting Nervous Ron at Liquor Ace in Blaine County: six missions that give you the HQ, the mobile Acid Lab and the story’s groundwork. We cover it in our Los Santos Drug Wars article.

The villain: Dr. Friedlander
Dr. Isiah Friedlander, Michael De Santa’s therapist in GTA V, has launched FriedMind Pharmaceuticals to get into the drug business. His brand sells, but his product can’t match what’s on the street, so he turns to kidnapping, dosing and hired mercs to get an edge. It’s one of GTA Online’s best nods to the GTA V story.
The Ocelot Virtue, free when you finish
The new Ocelot Virtue is an all-electric hypercar. Complete every Last Dose mission and you’ll get Friedlander’s personal Virtue in FriedMind livery for free. It takes Imani Tech upgrades at the Agency Vehicle Workshop.
Is it worth it?
Yes, especially if you own the Acid Lab: it’s one of the most profitable solo-friendly businesses, and the full Los Santos Drug Wars story is among GTA Online’s wildest. Besides the Virtue, the update added new cardigans and wide-leg jeans to clothing stores.
