GTA Online: New Listings, Mr. Faber's missions that paved the way for mansions

Three new GTA Online missions ahead of A Safehouse in the Hills: New Listings unlocked GTA$2,000,000 off mansions and a GTA$1,000,000 bonus.

A week before officially announcing A Safehouse in the Hills, Rockstar was already laying the groundwork. On November 13, 2025, GTA Online added New Listings, three new missions for Mr. Faber helping Prix Luxury Real Estate build its mansions — with GTA$2,000,000 off those properties as the reward.

What you do

Mr. Faber, the financier from Money Fronts, is part of the consortium behind the new developments and wants his cut. Across the three missions you:

  • Clear squatters off the plots.
  • Procure construction materials.
  • “Motivate” the contractors.

They launched at 2X GTA$ and RP (4X with GTA+).

GTA Online free on PS5 and Xbox Series

From November 13 to 17, GTA Online was also free to play on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S without PS Plus or Game Pass Essential, and the current-gen version joined the GTA+ Games Library.

Our verdict

New Listings was a textbook example of Rockstar building momentum before a big update: three short missions that, if completed, saved you two million on the winter's headline purchase. Players who did them arrived at the mansions' launch with a head start.
