- Mors Mutual: claim all destroyed vehicles at once, free of charge if they were destroyed during contact missions.
- Custom garage tags to find your cars when calling the Mechanic, plus floor selection for the Eclipse Blvd Garage.
- Re-request the Mobile Operations Center, Avenger or Terrorbyte closer to your location.
- New controls: F-160 Raiju Stealth Mode on D-Pad Right, with VTOL moving to the left stick.
- Lesser-used vehicles removed from the in-game websites, appearing instead in event showrooms and on the Lucky Wheel.

Creator updates
- Dozens of new props: license plate walls, eCola cans, destructible fences, underwater mines…
- Snow weather for Deathmatches, Races and Survivals.
- Distinguish teams by outfit and toggle the musical score.
- In Deathmatches, Dynamic Teams (switching sides on respawn) and Health Drain, among other options — like those already used by Shake Up and Top Marks.
- More enemy spawn points in Survivals.
Our verdict
Beyond the San Andreas Mercenaries missions, this list is what players felt day to day: less hassle recovering cars, armor available from the start and a quicker way to set up an organisation. Creator changes were also an early sign of the community push that would culminate years later in the Mission Creator.
